The hotel staff were incredibly customer-focused and helpful, making our stay very pleasant. the spacious rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, as well as the extensive buffet breakfast, were standout features. One area that could be improved is the maintenance of amenities like showers to ensure a seamless experience for guests.

In one of my suites at this spacious oasis, I witnessed the bustling kids' club where little ones played joyously. Later, I savored diverse cuisines in the sprawling restaurants and lounged in the sun-soaked pool area. The indoor botanical garden adds a touch of nature to the bustling city outside. Ending my day with a massage at the spa, I felt rejuvenated and ready for more adventures. Can't wait to explore more of this city tomorrow!

During my recent business trip to Dubai, my director chose the Grand Hyatt for our stay, and it was an excellent choice. One of the highlights of my stay was indulging in a visit to the spa, which offered a wide range of massages, body treatments, and facials. The sprawling spa also boasted sauna, steam rooms, whirlpools, and ice baths, providing a luxurious and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed sunbathing in the extensive pool area, offering a perfect setting to unwind after a long day of meetings.

There's not much to do in the neighbourhood.

Ahasees Spa and Club is like heaven on earth, with so many luxurious treatments and amenities that I wanted to live there forever. The atrium with the indoor garden is a perfect spot for Instagram selfies. The open kitchens are great, I can pretend I'm a judge on MasterChef. And dining on the terrace, overlooking the resort grounds, made me feel like a queen.

Who needs convenience? Having to walk a lot to reach my room was such a great workout.

The outside garden with nice outside restaurants was a delightful sight to behold, giving us a great ambiance while eating. Additionally, the hotel's location in this city was perfect - not in the extremely crowded areas, but easily accessible to some other restaurants and malls. The staff was very friendly and accommodating in providing us with transportation and parking options. Lastly, we must mention the breakfast - it was one of the best we've ever had, with a wide variety of food options.

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel in Dubai. Room was spacious with comfortable beds, great view and good air conditioning. the food was delicious with options for every taste bud. the hotel staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. the pool area was huge and comfortable loungers were available for sunbathing.

There were some issues that dampened our experience. the noise from the neighboring rooms couldn't be contained, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
